We look after a large geographical area and therefore rely on patients travelling to the surgery in all but exceptional circumstances. Most illnesses are not affected by travelling and we believe, we can provide a better standard of care in the surgery than in patients’ homes.
If you think you need a home visit it helps us if you can phone as early as possible in the day. This will then be reviewed by a GP and the patient will be contacted by telephone prior to any visit taking place
