Craven Communities Together is the name we have given to our Health and Care Partnership for Craven district.
We are a well established, inclusive and vibrant partnership, comprising colleagues from a range of health organisations, voluntary and faith sectors, district and county council, the Police and public safety team.
Our partnership sits within the wider structure of two NHS Integrated Care Boards which are West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and the subsidiary Bradford & Craven Health and Care Partnership and South Cumbria Health and Care Partnership who are represented within Craven Communities Together.
