‘Extended Access Appointments’ in Evening & Weekend Appointments
Need a more flexible time? We offer extended access in evening appointments:
- Monday – Wednesday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
- Weekends: Telephone consultations available
Services in include appointments with:
- GPs
- Practice Nurses
- Healthcare Assistants
- Physiotherapists
Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem! You can:
- Click the link in your confirmation text
- Call our reception team
- Cancel via the NHS App – Log in – NHS App Online
- Please contact the Surgery, if you are cancelling an appointment in Extended Access (after 6.30pm).
Please cancel as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Home Visits
While we encourage visits to the surgery where possible, we understand some patients may need home visits.
⏰ Important: Please request home visits before 10:00am if possible. A GP will call to discuss your needs and arrange the visit if necessary.
Additional Services
- Interpreter Services: Need an interpreter? Just let our reception team know when booking.
- Out of Hours: For urgent medical advice when we’re closed, call NHS 111 or 999 in emergencies.
