Please note at certain times e.g. lunch or at the end of the working day, a clinician may not be present in the building at Settle. (to speak to GP between 18:00 & 18:30 please call the Surgery 01729 822611 and you will be directed to our Out of Hours Service).
In any emergency please dial 999 or attend our local Emergency Department.
You can also call 111 for less urgent issues and that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Night time, Weekend and Bank Holiday Out of Hours Arrangement
The NHS 111 service is responsible for providing medical cover when the Surgery is closed between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am on Weekdays, all through Saturday and Sunday and all Bank Holidays.
There is no telephone service at Townhead Surgery over Weekends or Bank Holidays.
If you need to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed please dial ‘111’ and you will be connected to the ‘111’ service. This is a free of charge call.
IN CASE OF COLLAPSE, SEVERE CHEST PAIN OR SUSPECTED HEART ATTACK RING 999 FOR AN AMBULANCE
