Use of Settle Health Centre for some Nurse appointments

Whilst Hellifield Surgery is closed we are utilising 3 clinical rooms and a waiting room at Settle Health Centre( Next to Townhead Surgery, a path connects both premises. Patients access the rooms via the normal Health Centre entrance and take the first right, then our waiting room is the first room on the left. There are signs directing patients,

There is no need to check in at the Reception Desk in the Health Centre

Please just follow the signage for the Townhead Surgery Waiting Room and the Nurse/GP will call you. 

On a Thursday the Speech and Language team will be using our ‘waiting room’ so patients will have to sit in the Health Centre waiting room, and is a communal area for all rooms. 

Currently there is no signing in computer so patients will have to sit and wait for the Nurse/HCA to come and get them.

If you are unsure where your booking is please ask at Townhead Reception and they will direct you.
